Business Overview: The Multi Asset Group (\"MAG\") is an integral part of the Markets and Banking division of the Institutional Clients Group. MAG is responsible for all Structuring, Platform development, Packaging and Trading of products for Institutional and Retail clients across asset classes. Although a multi-asset team, the primary focus is on equity and hybrid asset classes. Key Responsibilities: We are looking for an experienced Structurer with strong quantitative and communication skills for the Investor Structuring Group within MAG, with a primary focus on retail business. The responsibility of the retail side of the Investor Structuring group is to expand the structured flow business in the Americas by (i) providing innovative equity and multi-asset trade ideas to sales and assisting them in delivering solutions to different channels (third party, broker-dealers, private banks, etc), (ii) executing such trades in close cooperation with the exotic equity derivative and hybrid trading desks and (iii) assisting/leading in platform development and automation solutions We are looking for a candidate to run the daily execution business with an associated team. This includes pricing the more complex structures that require senior structuring expertise, as well as managing the day to day flow to ensure a proper allocation of resources and efficient operation. The successful candidate will have experience in pricing and executing equity or hybrid structured products and developing strategies for clients: pricing of options and notes, comfort with legal documents (term sheets, prospectuses, etc.), problem solving. Additionally, the successful candidate will have knowledge of the US SEC Registered Note business and understand the complexity of the market: US tax regime, specific limitations, opportunities for growth. Qualifications Knowledge/Experience: A minimum of 4-5 years relevant work experience with structured products Skills/Competencies: Strong quantitative and analytical skills Strong communication skills Ability to work with multiple functional groups in a cohesive manner.
