The eCommerce Operations Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Omni-Channel business. Reports to the SVP of Marketing.

Key Areas of Focus:

  • Evaluate and grow our presence with 3rd party online sellers and marketplaces to develop incremental sales and leverage our stores as fulfillment centers.
  • Partner with store operations and warehouse team to ensure fulfillment of Omni-Channel orders provides for a best in class customer experience.
  • Create new processes, system changes and standard operating procedures to optimize Omni-Channel operations and work with store operations, technology and supply chain teams to implement.
  • Lead new initiatives cross functionally to fix the operational gaps in omni-channel fulfillment.
  • Evaluate and grow our presence with 3rd party online sellers and marketplaces to develop incremental sales and leverage our stores as fulfillment centers.
  • Partner with Customer Service team to understand consumer / store associate pain points and work on initiatives to improve experience.
  • Develop and manage support processes. Provide 2nd level support for our customers and stores.
  • Build out and maintain key metric reporting across our omni-channel experience including website usage and overall business metrics with future business analyst
  • Manage product data integration into our digital channels. Identify opportunities to provide for a more accurate and efficient process and implement.
  • Manage store integration to our website and other third-party sites. Identify new opportunities to drive traffic to our online shopping revenue potential
  • Manage review capabilities and monitor product reviews. Define value-add new capabilities and implement as approved.


  • Bachelor s Degree required; preferably in a related field.
  • 6 years of experience in relevant business or eCommerce/web operations.
  • Ability to use analytics with a strong focus on operational excellence.
  • Project management skills and ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams at all levels.
  • Comfortable in dynamic, fast paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to use strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to create new strategies, build business cases, and win stakeholder buy-in
  • Experience with Google Analytics, tagging strategies, implementation and reporting.
  • Experience working with advanced functions in Excel. Knowledge on SiteCore, Microsoft Dynamics and Coveo are preferred, but not required.
